Texas Tech Produces Next-Gen Construction Leaders Thanks to Industry Tech
SanDBUG meets quarterly and unites AEC professionals across Southern California.
SanDBUG launched in March 2018 as the third Bluebeam User Group in California. The group’s champions are passionate about uniting their Southern California industry peers and have created a welcoming, peer-sharing platform that encourages different perspectives. Leaders from local organizations include Taylor Design, Morrow Meadows, Davy Architecture, Dynalectric San Diego, Ledcor Construction and Whiting-Turner.
SanDBUG members embrace San Diego’s sense of community: a big town with a small town’s heart. They welcome all skill levels of Revu users that embrace knowledge-sharing with their peers.
Jennifer Timmons, a project director with Taylor Design, brings over 25 years of experience to SanDBUG. Jennifer wanted to help provide a platform where industry professionals can gather to discuss and share ideas on Bluebeam, the “software tool that is at the center point of our industry.”
Andy brings a unique perspective to the San Diego BUG. His extensive background begins with over 24 years as a contractor with millwright and ironwork experience. Eight years ago, And shifted focus and began serving his local community – and in the industry – by working in the public service sector and holding multiple ICC Certifications. Andy’s proud to share his diverse educational background and knowledge base with his fellow San Diego BUG peers.
We're always on the lookout for new Champions who are eager to support their local BUG and make an impact in their local community.
