How do I filter the Markups list?
Filters are an efficient mechanism that can be used for working with markups on a PDF. Tons of markups are often placed on a PDF throughout the duration of a project, which can cause a PDF to appear cluttered or hard to read. In this article I will explain how the filter tool can be used to make a PDF easier to navigate.

How do I generate a Summary of the Markups list?
There are times when the Markups list contains valuable data that you need to use for a report, or process with other software applications. In this article I will explain how a Summary of the Markups list can be generated into different formats.

“Cool” Tools Contest Winner Announced
The votes are in, and the winner of Bluebeam’s June “Cool” Tools Contest is Erica (Architect). Erica submitted a toolset that she uses during the punch and back check process on her building projects. Erica’s punch symbol tools are used to keep track of items that are incomplete or need to be fixed for completion. Erica’s tools were not only selected as the “coolest”, but she is also the lucky owner of a new Bamboo Fun Tablet courtesy of Wacom. To view Erica’s “cool” tools and other “cool” tool submissions, visit our Resources.
