PDF Redaction
With Bluebeam PDF Revu, you can select text or images for permanent deletion from a PDF file. By default, redactions appear as solid black rectangles but can be customized by changing the color or adding overlay text. Also, permanently remove other document properties, metadata, bookmarks or hyperlinks for greater security.

Search PDF Documents
Search a keyword in the current document, all open documents, or an entire folder of PDF documents. The search results can be highlighted, redacted, hyperlinked or text annotations can be applied such as strikethrough or underline.

Bates Stamping
Headers and footers can be added to PDF files for page numbering, date stamping and Bates numbering. Bates number templates can be saved to consistently number PDF documents. Include a prefix, suffix and a specific number of digits to designate a case number, firm name or any custom stamp.
Profiles
Bluebeam comes with a Default, Legal and Tablet profile setting to make it easy to switch your interface between different views. After installation, select the Legal profile to display toolbars for PDF redaction and headers and footers (for Bates stamping). Customize your profiles to suit your needs or create multiple profiles.
