Revu's Tool Chest allows you to customize and save annotation symbols. Saved tools can be assigned to hot keys for easy reusability and even organized into tool sets that can be exported and shared with colleagues, team members and students.

Revu can compare documents to automatically detect and highlight any differences. Even if documents have varying skews and sizes, you can use Overlay Pages to pick specific points for comparison.

Every annotation made in Revu is automatically tracked in the Markups list, including the author, date and time. Not only can you add custom columns, formulas, dropdown lists and statuses, but you can also filter, organize and export all of the data as a CSV or PDF Summary to assist in the creation of reports.

Revu's suite of built-in PDF measurement tools can measure length, area, perimeter, diameter, radius and volume with just a few clicks.

Navigable drawing sets are easy to set up using features like AutoMark, which automatically generates bookmarks and page labels from PDF content such as sheet labels and sheet numbers, and Batch Link (only available in eXtreme), which automates the creation of unlimited hyperlinks by File Name, Page Label or Page Region.

Revu includes plug-ins for AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks® Manage, Navisworks Simulate, SolidWorks®, SketchUp Pro and Microsoft® Office that enable you to convert drawings and documents into PDFs directly within those programs. Revu can even read the orientation, scale, line weights, merged lines, plot style table and page size of a drawing, so there is no need to adjust settings before converting to PDF.
