Are you looking for on-premise control? Manage your organisation's Studio Projects and Sessions behind your own firewall. Studio Enterprise is a server-based solution for businesses that want to use Bluebeam Studio on a local server. Easily control security and access, monitor Studio activity, and set user and file permissions.
All Project files, as well as Session PDFs and annotations, are stored in a secure database. Session and Project hosts can schedule a specific Session expiration date and time, enable or disable attendee access, restrict attendees from saving, editing or annotating files, and set Project permissions on a per folder basis.
Receive timely and daily notifications, such as document and user status changes, and alert Session attendees about specific annotations that require their timely attention. Markup Alerts emails include a preview of the annotation, comments and a link to its exact location within the Session. It's never been easier to keep projects moving forward.
Only the host needs a licence of Revu to initiate a Project or Session. Invited attendees can participate in Projects and Sessions by downloading our free PDF viewer, Bluebeam Vu® for Windows and iPad. You can even share Project files with colleagues, whether or not they have a Studio account, using password-protected Studio links.
All Session activity is automatically tracked in the Record, which links back to the document and can be archived or shared with your team as a Report. File check-out and check-in activity is also tracked within a Project to provide detailed revision history that enables you to revert to a previous version of a file at any time.
Work with Project files regardless of Internet access. Simply sync down files locally from a Project before going offline and sync back up any changes when you reconnect.
